On January 12, 2023, Gentco Logistics held its Annual Cadre Debriefing Meeting for the year 2022 in the SK Building's 31st floor training room at 9:00 a.m. The meeting was chaired by Guan Xia, Deputy General Manager of the company. In attendance were Du Jiangtao, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Junzheng Group, Huang Hui, Chairman and General Manager of Gentco Logistics, and key leaders and department heads from the company. Other personnel joined the meeting remotely via video conferencing.
During the meeting, ten company leaders and department heads made presentations, reflecting on their successes and challenges from the previous year, offering an overall perspective and in-depth insights on various tasks, and sharing their work plans for 2023.
Following the briefings, Huang Hui, Chairman and General Manager of Gentco Logistics, gave a concluding speech, stating that the past year has brought about the biggest changes, the greatest surprises, and the most confusion to the company. He stressed the need for the key personnel to enhance the company's global operations, integration, and overall capabilities, emphasizing that only by consistently achieving small victories can the company attain better results.
Mr. Du Jiangtao, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Junzheng Group, then delivered a speech in which he praised the work of the Gentco Logistics team in the past year and the progress they have made in cultivating the company's corporate culture. However, he also set higher standards and expectations for the company to overcome the challenges posed by the changing management landscape. To achieve these goals, Mr. Du emphasized the importance of fostering a deeper level of competitiveness among peers and promoting healthy competition within the company while upholding a spirit of collaboration and progress. He encouraged all employees to strive for self-improvement by continuously learning and growing. Turning to operational management, he called for improvements in operational management across the board, including strategic management and organizational self-growth, with a goal of benchmarking against top international companies. Lastly, he emphasized the need to further elevate the existing corporate culture principles of truthfulness, pragmatism, hard work, and respect for progress.
