On 1st January 2022, the delegation of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanhua Chemical), led by Mr. LI Limin, Vice Presidnt of Wanhua Chemical, visited Gentco Logistics for communications and talks. Mr. WU Guirong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Gentco Logistics, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and made an introduction on the development of Gentco Group and basic information of the company. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the cooperation between Gentco Logistics and Wanhua Chemical over the past decade. Gentco Logistics expressed gratitude to Wanhua Chemical for their trust and support over the years.
Ms. SI Liang, General Manager of Shipping BU of Gentco Logistics, presented the overall status of the recent chemical shipping market and the future trends. She also made a generic introduction on the oceanic fleet of Gentco Shipping. An adequate discussion was made on the prospects of the extensive cooperation in transportation business both abroad and domestically.
Mr. LI Limin, Vice President of Wanhua Chemical Group, said that Wanhua Chemical and Gentco Logistics have been fully cooperating in the field of domestic transportation for more than ten years, and with the deepening of Wanhua Chemical's global layout, the two sides should seek innovation in the cooperation mode regarding the ocean transportation business and explore new cooperation directions. He also pointed out that Chinese products transported by Chinese toonages will become the trends of future energy and chemical logistics. He firmly believed that Wanhua and Gentco will definitely achieve mutual success and growth.
