Recently, fraudulent activities have been detected where unauthorized individuals impersonated “Albatross Tank Leasing Co., Ltd.”, an affiliated company of our group, by fabricating employee identities, forging transaction documents, and creating counterfeit websites.
We hereby declare as follows:
1. Albatross’s core business is the leasing of portable tank containers. It does not engage in the leasing of fixed storage tanks (such as ground storage tanks) or any related services.
2. In the course of its business, Albatross has never, and will not, require its counterparties to pay any upfront fees related to the products stored inside the tanks. All charges are based on formal contracts and settled exclusively through the company’s corporate bank accounts.
3. Albatross’s only official website is https://albatross-tanks.de. No third-party platforms, mirror websites, or social media accounts have been authorized to conduct business promotion or transaction coordination.
We kindly request all partners, clients, and industry peers to verify corporate credentials and contact information through our official channels before engaging in any business activities, to strengthen due diligence, and to effectively mitigate fraud risks. If any suspicious activity is detected, please report it immediately to our company at CA@Gentco.com or to the local public security authorities.
